Interactive Digital Displays

Prototype Interactive created a Digital Branch for The Commercial Bank of Dubai, a branch that was intended to allows customers to interact with services and information through digital channels right at the bank branch. The setup was also developed with university fairs and special events in mind and can be setup in-store or in special locations.

The main goal for this project was to introduce the CBD individual banking products and services to potential customers. In addition to that, the project aimed to target and educate university level students and staff/professors on CBD online services, offers and promotions

Rich User Experience.

The interactive branch showcases applications that are easy to use and engaging for the current banking customers. By engaging customers through functionality such as videos, calculators, social sharing the branch allows CBD to provide a much richer end-user experience.

The Kiosk comes with four signature features, each aimed at reaching prospective customers in a unique way. A large interactive wall, private tablet devices, video wall and interactive touch table.

The solution.

Powered by Sitefinity CMS the content of the branch can be updated remotely.

Technical info.

Design & Development.The design of the applications followed the CBD digital brand guides and at the same time made room for new interactive features that were optimized for touchscreen devices.

Content Management.The system is powered by Sitefinity CMS which also runs the bank's websites. This allows the client to manage all content from a central location.

High Performance HTML5.The application is powered by OneLan 4K players which enable the HTML5 user interface to be rendered with the performance comparable to native applications.
