Dubai Retail is the retail management arm of Dubai Holding and is responsible for developing, managing, and operating over 1,000 retail shops located in strategic commercial areas of Dubai. Prototype was tasked to create the online strategy and website that would act as a communication hub between partners and tenants as well as generate leads for the business.
To create a competitive edge and stand out in the market, we focused on positioning the website as a prime destination for retailers through its modern design and content. In addition, we created a design system that would allow various elements of the website to be used across different businesses within Dubai Retail, therefore creating consistency and efficiencies.
The main objective was to generate and nurture leads for the business and to manifest the digital brand of Dubai Retail.
