A new interactive HTML5 dashboard which allows users to follow the stock exchange in real-time.
Prototype and DFM, a stock exchange located in Dubai, worked together to build a new interactive dashboard which allows users to follow the stock exchange in real-time.
The data for the dashboard was pulled from the Dubai Financial Market as well as NASDAQ Dubai system and rendered using an HTML5 application. The dashboard gives users an overview of the Dubai Financial Market using market data feeds, charts and interactive tools to organize and filter the data. The application uses features such as HTML5 canvas charts and allows users to view the app in modern web browsers as well as tablet devices without the requirement of installing any additional software. The dashboard also allows users to create their personalized watch list to follow the stock market more closely throughout a day.
